Worship

Would you like to worship the One True God in Heaven? Start by opening your
mouth and proclaiming that Jesus Christ is Lord. Have
you asked Him to be Lord of your life? If you have, then the Maker of the universe
lives within your heart! He has made His abode within us! How awesome He is,
and yet He dwells among us. Think on these things. Think on the awesome and
powerful the nature of the Lord, for all His benefits to man, and of the love He has
poured out to His Children. Just want to praise Him and ask the Spirit
of the Lord to lead you. He shall lead us into all truth. The truth is...that
we were made to worship our Creator. The great I AM. Just pray the following:
Father, in Jesus' name we ask for forgiveness from our sin and thank you for Your
forgiveness, cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We ask you to teach us how to
praise you in spirit and in truth. Free our spirits to be with you all the day
long. Let all of our being praise your Holy Name. Release worship in our
hearts that we may enter the Holy of Holies and be in Your Presence. We do not want
to stand out in the courtyard. You said in your Word:
-
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father
in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
-
God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
We were created for and we want to be true worshippers. It is our
desire, Lord, that we would praise you with all of our being. With our mouths, with
our hearts, with our bodies, with our spirits, with all that we are...we want to worship
You. We want to enthrone You in our hearts. Come rule and reign within us, let Your
Kingdom come now in this earth, in us.

2 Chronicles 5:13
-
The trumpeters and singers joined in unison, as with one voice, to give praise and
thanks to the LORD. Accompanied by trumpets, cymbals and other instruments, they raised
their voices in praise to the LORD and sang: "He is good; his love endures
forever." Then the temple of the LORD was filled with a cloud,
-
14
-
and the priests could not perform their service because of the cloud, for the glory
of the LORD filled the temple of God.

Revelation 4:8-11
-
8
-
Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all
around, even under his wings. Day and night they never stop saying: "Holy, holy, holy
is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come."
-
9
-
Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the
throne and who lives for ever and ever,
-
10
-
the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him
who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say:
-
11
-
"You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for
you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being."
-
Revelation 5:9-14
-
9
-
And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the
seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every
kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
-
10
-
And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
-
11
-
And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the
beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and
thousands of thousands;
-
12
-
Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and
riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
-
13
-
And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and
such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour,
and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever
and ever.
-
14
-
And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and
worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.
Revelation 7:9-12
-
9
-
After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all
nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the
Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
-
10
-
And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the
throne, and unto the Lamb.
-
11
-
And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four
beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,
-
12
-
Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and
power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen
Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and to Him
belongs all the honor, all the glory, power and dominion forever and ever.
Amen. |
