Pride & Ego

Many of the leaders of the world fall from pride and arrogance.  Many of the leaders of the church, especially those who think of themselves as Generals have already fallen.  Money, power and sex leads to the downfall of the human race.  It matters little that many of those who fall consider themselves religious.

God does not want His people to be rich in material goods but rather to be rich in love, mercy and compassion.  Pure religion is to visit the fatherless and the widows in their affliction and to keep unspotted from the world.

a lamentation is heard throughout the land for all of those who have sold out to the god of this world.  The fall of Babylon will be heard throughout the whole earth.
